This Privacy Policy applies to all users of CALiNGA On-Demand Care LLC services, including CareSeekers and CALiNGApros, and covers the CALiNGA Pro and CALiNGA CareSeeker mobile applications, websites, backend systems, and related technologies (collectively, the “CALiNGA Platform”).

This Policy applies to personal information and does not apply to de-identified or aggregated data.

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms of Service.

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo, mailing address
  • Identity & verification: government-issued ID, selfies, professional credentials, licenses, certifications, background-check information, and tax documentation where required
  • Care preferences: care needs, schedules, languages, and limited health-related information you voluntarily provide
  • Payments & tax information: payment tokens, receipts, payout details, W-9 / W-8 forms, and 1099 reporting data
  • User-generated content: ratings, reviews, messages, surveys, uploaded documents, and communications with support
  • SMS & communication consent: opt-in status and phone number for transactional or service-related messages

B. Information Collected Automatically During Use

  • Location data: approximate or precise location based on device permissions
  • Usage data: bookings, referrals, pricing calculations, feature usage, and activity logs
  • Device data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, app version, and crash reports
  • Communications metadata: in-app messages, call logs, and communication timestamps

C. Information From Third Parties

  • Identity and background-verification partners
  • Payment processors and fraud-prevention services
  • OTP, email, and messaging providers

CareSeekers and CALiNGApros may receive limited profile, scheduling, location, and rating information necessary to complete engagements.

  • Analytics & cloud hosting
  • Fraud prevention
