Founded in Redondo Beach, California, CALiNGA is a technology platform built to connect families (“CareSeekers”) with compassionate, independent caregiving professionals (“CALiNGApros”) — caregivers, CNAs, LVNs, RNs, and NPs who believe caregiving is more than a job — it’s a calling.
The name CALiNGA blends two worlds:
- “Cali” — our California roots, symbolizing innovation and freedom.
- “Kalinga” — the Tagalog word for care, compassion, and protection, honoring our Filipino heritage and the global reputation of Filipino caregivers and nurses.
